The purpose of Bible Study is to help children learn the importance of spending time with God, trusting and following Jesus and showing God’s love to others by studying the Bible, learning how to use it, and applying it to their lives. Luke 2:52

The purpose of Kids’ Worship is to help children learn Christian principles by sharing the Gospel through song and Bible Stories. Proverbs 22:6

The purpose of Preschool Worship Care is to provide an extension of the Bible Study lesson and to create a way for parents to attend Worship Service.

The purpose of Kids ROCK is to provide an opportunity for parents and children to Worship and learn scripture together. Deut 6:6-7

The purpose of Missions is to teach children to pray for missions, to learn about missions, to give to missions, and to do missions through Christ who strengthens us. Matt 28:19-20

The purpose of Music is to teach musical principles and how to Worship through music. Psalm 100:1

10:15 am Preschool Worship Care for Preschoolers

*elementary children attend Bible Study the same hour as their parents and Worship the same hour as their parents
*for Kids' Worship children will begin by going to the beginning of 'Big Church' with their parents; they will stay through the praise music and will be released as a group to go to Kids' Worship

AWANA Cubbies for threes
Kids ROCK for elementary children (a combination program, AWANA for Bible Skills and KidStuf for Worship, children rotate for a 45 minute Bible Skill time and a 45 minute Worship time)


Wednesday Nights

6:00-7:00 pm Childcare for babies, ones, and twos
Music and Missions for Preschoolers and Children
(children rotate for a 30 minute class of music and a 30 minute class of missions)

 
 

Children's New Members' Class

for children who have recently made a decision to trust Jesus or have recently moved their membership to VVBC.
Offered 4/21/10, 8/4/10, & 10/20/10 from 5:45-6:45 pm in E136
children attend one time.

  

Jump Start

for children and their parents; a class that gives a gospel presentation and answers questions for children who are inquiring about trusting Jesus; sends them home with discussion questions to talk about as a family.
Offered 5/16/10 & 8/8/10 Sunday, at 5:00 pm in E136
