Valleyview Baptist Church, Tuscaloosa, AL

At Valley View, we are committed to helping people develop spiritual disciplines. There are two avenues that help adults in their journey toward spiritual maturity. The primary avenue for spiritual development is our Sunday morning Small Group Bible Study ministry. The other is a ministry called C.L.A.S.S.

These small groups are offered for all people in all stages of life. There are classes for men, women, couples, married adults, single adults - you name it. Classes are offered at two different times on the church campus every Sunday morning, making it possible for you to attend a small group and a worship service. Come and discover the benefit of belonging to an ongoing small group. You will have fun, learn life-lessons from the Bible, and make life-long friendships. You won't regret it. Everyone who attends Valley View - whether a long-time member or a guest who is just now being introduced to the church and its ministries - is highly encouraged to attend an ongoing Sunday morning small group. Here is a listing of the different adult small group Bible study classes that meet on Sunday mornings.

Christian Life And Service Seminars
C.L.A.S.S. provides another avenue for adults to discover and apply the important truths of the Bible. Unlike the Sunday morning small groups, these seminar-style courses are limited in length (anywhere from 6 to 13 weeks). Some C.L.A.S.S. courses offer in-depth studies on particular books of the Bible, while others offer topical studies on things such as parenting, divorce recovery, women's/men's issues, worldviews, etc. There are two C.L.A.S.S. semesters offered each year (Fall & Winter/Spring), each semester offering a variety of topics that are directed toward specific life needs.
